freestyle changelog


  1. Felt my wings yesterday. While pulling with the arms, pull the water in, widening the shoulders enough so that the remaining pull can be done with the energy from the waist, using the entire wing area to sweep the water backwards while rotating and keeping the whole shoulder blade poised.

  2. This uses less arm muscle, but more back and wing muscle. The temptation would be to use more arm muscle but that would degenerate pretty easily...
