freestyle changelog


  1. While the other hand is doing the pull, stretch arm far out into the front to feel the water to glide forward.

  2. Keep body streamlined and parallel to water, head turns only very lightly to breathe to maintain streamline form.

  3. Paddle with legs for momentum. Arms catch onto this momentum to cut through water.

  4. Yes, getting tired but keep the form!
