- over-kicking issue that consumed all the energy fixed. two kicks per handstroke now.
- arms need to "cut" through the water. this fix gave the correct body roll.
- leg kicking motion changed. instead of kicking with lower part of legs or keeping knees locked and kicking with full legs, legs assume a curve to kick in the water like ribbons moving in the wind.
- breathing changed. instead of taking long deep breaths, big mouthfuls of air are simply gulped in and breathed out.
- body axis maintained by stomach muscles for smoother breathing.
