freestyle changelog

- shoulder from back and triceps up to biceps should act like a whip
- forearm should continue to feel water
- whole arm would be like a throwing sickle

freestyle changelog

- practice freestyle kicks. to get ahead it's not the kicking but the body.
- stabilize hip so that while kicking legs do not disrupt the body streamlining
- create an arch so that upper body can cut the water like a boat
- swim such that arch is just slightly above the water level
- stretch arms out as far as possible. each stroke feels like a basketball dunk
- stretch out the waist as for as possible, feeling the body elongate
- lean onto the arm so that arms can use the energy used while turning the body. then the energy should be concentrate in the biceps and not the forearm
- feel the legs kicking around the water level
- lean on the forward arm to focus on the glide
