swimming changelog


  1. Arms dig deeper to catch more water.

  2. Sidestrokes to slow down kicks.



breststroke - catch onto the water going forward and pull body forward. when head goes up, plunge back into water to form streamlined shape quickly.

freestyle changelog


  1. too much calf - back to kicking. focus on the "whip" just float and kick and then sidestroke too.

  2. hands need to row with axis of body as the axis of rotation.

did 2 sets of drills and calf muscles cramped. too much calf power. need to put more thigh in.
